Before Ordering

1. Please check item sizes before ordering (they should be in the description).

Shipping

1. We make every effort to ship orders within 7 days (we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays).
   1. Please allow 10-15 days for your order to arrive. Standard delivery (continental USA only).
   2. However occasionally some items have to be specially constructed upon order.
      1. It may take up to two to three weeks before these items are shipped and up to a month for them to arrive.
2. Your credit card is not charged until items are shipped.
3. Overseas shipment orders are non-returnable, non-refundable.

Returns

1. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply send it back to us for an exchange or a refund within 30 days.
2. 20% restocking fee on returned non-defective items.
3. To return an item.
   1. Repackage the return merchandise securely.
   2. Affix the return address (below) to your package.
   3. We suggest you use a traceable and insured shipping.
4. When a returned item is received your credit card will be credited back to your credit card.
5. We are not responsible for Customer returns that are not received.
